We provide courier, consolidation and freight logistics services. The scope and pricing of services are defined at the time of order. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to ship the following items through our services:
We reserve the right to refuse, return, or dispose of any shipment containing prohibited items.
All prices are stated at the time of booking and are subject to change. Payment is due prior to shipment dispatch unless a credit account has been established. Additional charges may apply for customs duties, taxes, oversized items, or address corrections.
Estimated transit times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by customs inspections, weather, strikes, force majeure events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the expected delivery date. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum limit defined in your service agreement, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACP Export Logistics and its employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or any inaccurate information you provided.
All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of ACP Export Logistics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written consent.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is Braunschweig, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
